The DCC Committee is composed of the cluster coordinators from the 5 Downcounty Consortium clusters—Blair, Einstein, Northwood, Kennedy and Wheaton. 

The DCC Committee coordinates the efforts of the PTAs in the Down County Consortium with special attention to the needs of the high school consortium programs and the vertical articulation process from middle school to high school.
