an introductory workshop for cultural arts chairs from local schools, and
supports high-quality performances to enrich the educational program of
children in MCPS. Shares successful programs among local schools and cooperates
with the chair of the Superintendent’s Committee for Performances in the

School (Conference Task Force)- Convened to plan and present a high school
conference focused on issues relating to curriculum, graduation and exploration
of models of learning at the high school level.

Legislative - Follows
state education legislation and strives to influence its passage where deemed
appropriate by MCCPTA membership. Presentation of legislation to MCCPTA
delegates is one of the key duties of this committee.

maintaining the two MCCPTA email lists: MCCPTA_Bulletin
